John has turned his 30-year global Leadership responsibilities at Procter & Gamble – which has included on-the-ground working experience in Cincinnati-U.S.A., Kobe-Japan, as well as Site Leadership of P&G’s pivotal Brussels Innovation Center – into more general expertise in Leadership, Innovation, Strategy, and Organizational Culture.
To reach a wide target for maximum impact, he has become – as main pillars – Professor of Management Practice teaching at Solvay Brussels School for Economics and Management, as well as Academic Director of the School’s flagship EMBA program. Additionally, he is a Senior Fellow for The Conference Board, working with senior leaders on Innovation, Leadership, Strategy, Digital, and Human Capital/Culture. He is also a Key Note Speaker and Executive Advisor on these topics.
