Dr. Ralph Kleinschmidt, THYSSENKRUPP Head of Technology & Innovation
Dr. Ralph Kleinschmidt is responsible for the central R&D activities in the fertilizer, chemical and polymer business of thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions.
After studying chemistry at the University of Düsseldorf and getting his Ph. D. at the Max-Planck Institute for Coal Research located in Mülheim an der Ruhr, he started his career in the Research Department of the formerly thyssenkrupp Uhde, where he gained various experiences in innovations when dealing with different R&D projects.
