Managing Director Hydrogen Energy Operations Europe

Caroline career spans over 10 years at Air Liquide, a leading global chemical company headquartered in Paris. She has experience in industrial sales, production and maintenance operational management, industrial programs optimization and in corporate strategic developments.
More recently she has been in charge of strategy for Air Liquide Advanced Business & Technologies, a worldwide business unit in charge of developing user-focused, innovative and competitive solutions for the high tech fields (Space, Aerospace, Scientific Research..) to the Energy Transition territories (Hydrogen Energy, biogas…)
She has in particular created and led a worldwide cross-functional innovation team focused on achieving best-in-class experience and user value in the fast evolving clean mobility markets (delivery of hydrogen, nitrogen and biogas for clean transportation through hydrogen recharging stations and biogas stations).
She is now Europe Operations Director for Air Liquide Hydrogen Energy business unit. Her main mission is to pursue the activation of this promising and rapidly growing market by developing key projects, and by executing and operating the associated investments.
Caroline graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France and has a Master of Sciences degree in Biomedical Engineering from McGill University in Canada. She lives in Paris, is married and has 3 children.
