Daniel Gonzaga, NATURA Director – R&D
Daniel Gonzaga has been Advanced & Applied Research Director since July 2013. He is responsible to foster innovation activities in Natura, strengthen the connections with Research Institutes, as well as develop strategies to identify new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of projects and technology acquisition to be applied in new products for Natura.
Daniel Gonzaga is Brazilian and has built his career for eleven years in Natura. Previously he had been Product Development Director and Managing Director of Graduated in Food Engineering at Universidad Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), with MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, he has 23 years of experience in innovation & business management, across different countries as Brazil, Holland and Peru. Before joining Natura in December 2004, Daniel Gonzaga also played several roles in Research, Product Development and Innovation management for Unilever Foods in Latin America and Europe.
